TRANSPLANTING LILIES.

 Lilies can bloom well in one place for 3-5 years.

 However, if they are not transplanted after this period, flowering deteriorates: the flowers become smaller or do not open at all.

 The best time to transplant lilies is late summer or the first half of autumn.

 This period may vary depending on the region and weather conditions, but it is important to begin transplanting no earlier than 4 weeks after flowering, so that the bulb has time to recover.

 In autumn, transplanted plants direct their energy to the development of roots, and not the growth of shoots and flowers, as with spring transplantation.
