Agave Tumi.

  This plant is quite unusual, as it begins to actively grow and form turfs under fairly good conditions.

 It is quite small, with narrow leathery green leaves, which are decorated with a lighter border and unusual white threads.

 There are thorns up to 1 cm in size on the tops of the leaves. It also looks like Agave filiformis.
