Zamioculcas.

Zamioculcas (or "dollar tree") is a popular houseplant, prized for its low maintenance and striking glossy leaves.

 Basic care guidelines:
Lighting: Prefers bright, indirect light but tolerates partial shade. Direct sun may cause sunburn.

Watering: This succulent accumulates moisture in its tubers. Water infrequently, only after the soil has completely dried out. In winter, reduce watering to once a month.

Soil: Requires loose, well-drained soil (a substrate for cacti and succulents is suitable).
Temperature: Optimally 18 to 26°C. Avoid drafts and sudden temperature changes.

Specifics: All parts of the plant contain cellular sap, which can irritate the skin, so it is best to wear gloves when repotting. Why it's popular:
Hardiness: Ideal for offices and those who forget to water.

Aesthetics: Rich green color and symmetrical leaves fit into any modern interior.
Slow growth: Doesn't require frequent repotting or pruning.
