Buddleja Plant.

A genus of plants from the Scrophulariaceae family. It received its name in honor of the British botanist Adam Buddle. As a rule, these are shrubs, although there are also tree-shaped species that reach a height of 30 m. In the wild, buddleia is found in America, East Asia and southern Africa, where it settles on forest edges, slopes and rocks, preferring rocky soils.

Buddleia is a shrub with a woody lower part and fast-growing shoots that end in inflorescences of small fragrant flowers. The leaves are elongated with a rounded or serrated edge on short petioles. The flowers are white, yellow, orange, pink or purple, small, in large panicles or capitate inflorescences.
