Dracaena.

  A genus of plants in the family Asparagus, trees, succulent shrubs or, as mainly species of the former genus Sansevieria, stemless evergreen perennial herbaceous plants. Includes about two hundred species, mostly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of the Old World


 Dracaena thrives best in indirect light from a southern or western window. It should not be placed in direct sunlight, as this can cause burns. Rotate the plant periodically to ensure uniform growth.
