Balsam.

 Impatiens is a herbaceous plant of the Impatiaceae family. The Latin name Impatiens means "not withstanding pressure". It reflects the property of the plant. From the slightest touch, the seed pod bursts and shoots seeds at a considerable distance.

 For this feature, people call it touch-me-not. In total, the genus has more than 500 species, only 15 of which are cultivated.

These are mainly perennial plants, but there are also annuals. In nature, balsams are found in the tropics of Africa, Asia and North America. In 1596, the plant appeared in Europe and quickly gained popularity.
