Aloe arborescens (century plant).

 Aloe arborescens is a representative of the succulent family Asphodelaceae. It grows as a tree or a bush. For its healing anti-inflammatory and wound-healing properties, it is called a century plant.
 Ilya Melnikov in his book "Home Medicinal Plants" reports that this type of aloe is called a century plant because it blooms once every hundred years.
