Papaver is a new name for many flower growers. They had never heard of it before. What is it? This is the name of the densely double poppy. Another name is peony poppy. On the packages there are lush caps of flowers that really do resemble peonies.
Everyone has planted ordinary poppies, but papaver is something special. Try planting it!
