Bowiea is an unusual,
 exotic succulent plant
 in the asparagus family.

Appearance: Bulb: Large, fleshy, bright green, often half-extending from the soil. Shoots: Thin, highly branched, twining stems. The flowers plant resembles a tuft of green algae or bunches of grapes, growing up to 2-3 meters tall in the wild, and more modestly indoors. Bloom: Small, star-shaped flowers of a greenish-white color. Basic Care: Light: Bright but indirect light. Direct sunlight can burn the green bulb. Watering: Moderate during the active growth period.

The soil should dry out completely between waterings, as excess moisture quickly causes the bulb to rot. During the dormant period (when the shoots turn yellow and die), watering is reduced to a minimum. Temperature: Room temperature (around 20-25°C in spring and summer); in winter, it is advisable to keep it cool (10-15°C).
