Chamomile Flowers.

 Chamomile or chamomile infusion is the common name for several daisy-like plants in the Asteraceae family. Two species, Matricaria chamomilla and Chamaemelum nobile, are commonly used to make herbal infusions for drinks. 


 Limited research has been conducted on whether consuming chamomile in foods or drinks is effective in treating medical conditions.
