Chrysothemis: growing at home

 Chrysothemis is a plant of the Gesneriev family. The genus includes 7 species of perennial herbaceous tuberous epiphytes. This flower is mainly distributed in humid forests, which are located at low altitudes above sea level, in Central America, Brazil, Guiana, and Venezuela.

 Friedrichstahl's chrysothemis and beautiful chrysothemis have become widespread in indoor culture. This beautiful flower is suitable for beginner gardeners who are interested in violets.

 These are low, compact perennials. The leaves are bronze in color, collected in rosettes on short petioles.
 Chrysothemis flowers are beautiful yellow with red sepals, Friedrichstahl has a yellow or green calyx. The fruit is a bivalve capsule.
