Anthurium.

Anthurium belongs to the Araceae family. It is native to Central and South American countries such as Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Brazil and Venezuela.

They are mostly perennials and semi-epiphytes, some with climbing and
creeping habits. Anthurium has been identified as a potential cut flower in
Malaysia. In Malaysia, Anthurium is mainly grown in Pahang (Cameron
Highlands), Selangor, Perak and Johor, mainly for cut flower production.
